Antique Vintage Bisque Doll / Armand Marseille / Kid Body / Marked A M 370

Beautiful antique bisque doll with kid body and jointed arms and legs. No chips or cracks on face, shoulder and hands. Painted feathered eyelashes and brows.

Open mouth with four upper teeth showing. Her right arm has a small tear in cloth where it bends at elbow, and can easily be sewn. It is correctible -- see photo that shows doll undressed with the brown label on chest. Back of neck marked 370 A M - 2 - D E P.

Curly blonde hair with antique lace bonnet. Kid body, sewn with tiny red stitches, in excellent condition.

Rivet jointed movable legs and arms. Beautiful light blue dress with lace. Underneath she wears an antique-looking long cotton slip and pantaloons with lace. This antique doll was a Christmas gift, given to me by my parents in the 1960s. She was not played with. She spent a good part of her life in a rocking chair, protected from sun, and then retired to a hope chest. She looks the same as she did when I first received her. She also comes with a metal stand. This authentic doll has had the utmost care, and she looks beautiful for her age.
